3. Carrier Responsibilities
- Maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and safety compliance at all times.
- Provide accurate equipment, availability, and contact information.
- Communicate promptly regarding load status, delays, or issues on the road.
4. Communications & SMS Consent

5. Fees & Payment
Dispatch fees, if applicable, will be disclosed and agreed upon before service begins. We do not charge hidden fees beyond what has been communicated directly to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fleet Line Dispatch works to secure suitable freight and support your operations, but we do not guarantee load availability, rates, or delivery outcomes. We are not liable for delays, cargo issues, or losses arising from carrier operations, third-party brokers, or shippers.
7. Termination
Either party may end the dispatch relationship at any time. We do not require long-term contracts. Outstanding obligations, such as fees for completed loads, remain due after termination.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
